  • When do I need to submit my team’s hours to you?

    To ensure your employees are paid exactly on time, all finalized hours, bonuses, or salary adjustments must be submitted through our secure portal at least 48 hours prior to your official pay date. This gives our automated systems ample time to process bank clearances and verify local Ohio tax allocations.

  • How do local Ohio city and school district taxes work with your system?

    Ohio has one of the most complex local tax infrastructures in the country. Because we use top-tier automated cloud routing, our system automatically tracks and calculates the exact municipal and school district withholding requirements based on both your business location and where your employees actually live—keeping you completely audit-proof.

  • Do you charge extra fees at the end of the year for W-2s and 1099s?

    If you are on our Growth or Multi-Account suites, your year-end W-2 and 1099 electronic generation and filing are completely bundled into your flat monthly rate. For our lower tiers, year-end filings are processed at a highly transparent, minor per-form rate.

  • Can you help me fix a payroll mess left by a previous processor or spreadsheet?

    Absolutely. If your historical payroll data is unbalanced, or you have unresolved local tax notices, we will perform a Phase 1 System Engineering & Clean-Up Project first. We will forensic-match your year-to-date data and get your account structurally perfect before transitioning you into a clean, automated monthly tier.

  • What happens if my business bank account doesn't have enough money when payroll runs?

    Our payroll engine requires cleared funds to deposit money into your employees' accounts. If a run fails due to insufficient funds, the system will automatically halt the direct deposit sweep. You will need to wire funds or issue manual emergency payments, and a standard system re-run fee will apply once your bank balance balances.
